What is Stratacel?

Stratacel was designed to adhere gently to existing epidermis making it the ideal post procedure dressing for fractional skin injuries.

How does Stratacel work?

Stratacel provides a moist wound healing environment. Stratacel minimizes water loss while maintaining the oxygen transfer rate.

Epidermal cells are able to move rapidly over the surface of the dermis through exudate which collects at the wound-dressing interface.

Manages secondary tissue damage resulting from dehydration.

Promotes enzymatic autolytic debridement.

Wound exudate, which carries a number of growth factors essential to the healing of wounds, is kept protected in the wound-dressing interface.

Stratacel emulates the epidermal barrier and enhances the healing of wounds. Stratacel manages water loss while maintaining the oxygen transfer rate.

The wound is kept in an optimal environment for healing.

Step 3: Allow the gel to dry

When applied correctly, Stratacel should be dry in 5-6 minutes.

If it takes longer to dry, you have probably applied too much. Gently remove any excess gel with a tissue or paper towel and allow the drying process to continue. Remember: a little amount of gel goes a long way.
